Should you be a sole founder or find partners to fill the gaps?

OK, you've built a product and got your first traction. Clearly, the idea works. Congrats! But what's next? You cannot be CEO, CTO, CMO, CFO, CABCDEFO etc at the same time. Or can you? Or SHOULD you? Tell me!

It depends. Good co-founder > solo founder > Not-good co-founder

Building and selling capabilities need to be synchronized. Solo is good, but it would be better to have a partner with division of labor.

You need at least one co-founder to cover the other side product development. If you're PM, you need technical co-founder and if you're an engineer, having a product insights is valuable.
