Should you attend podcasts for promo?

I recently got to 147$ MRR with my startup Affistash and although I am really happy with it, I started thinking about ways to leverage my marketing, since I think that the methods that I am using right now aren't really anything sustainable in the long run, at least without a big budget. (I mostly used Reddit, TikTok, Twitter) Think about it, it's usually only 1-2 hours, and you can reach a huge audience if you manage to get on the right podcasts. In my case, being a 16 year old entrepreneur and founder of 2 profitable( software companies, an agency, a marketplace, and recently a SaaS), I hope this will make it easier for me to get on some pretty interesting podcasts to tell my story :D What do you think about podcasts for promo? I would love to hear you thoughts, maybe it can help me and others make a better decision Cheers ✌️
