Riskiest move, did it pay off?

Switched from a stable job to a startup with an exciting idea but no guarantees. It was nerve-racking, but it paid off in terms of growth, learning, and even equity. Definitely worth the risk!

Yet to see if it will - but investing my salary into my business while it's available for free during the beta is possibly the riskiest move I made in these turbulent times with inflation. But it'll definitely pay off one day.
