One of the most problematic stages of the software development cycle is report development. Whether the report is simple or complex, ad hoc requests necessitate preparation by tech-savvy teams and then dispatched in the form of data-driven emails, reports, or notifications with the aim of providing the required information. However, obtaining these formats are not as simple from the perspective of the developer due to steps such as coding, interface design, conducting tests and deployment. The endless stream of ad hoc data requests leads to a vicious cycle between end users and tech-savvy teams, unfortunately resulting in an unproductive working environment for both sides.
