Which do you think are the most powerful product management software in the market?
Considering the broad space to develop product management activities, do you Notion as a good alternative for most of those?

Notion is great if you are the kind of person who prefers to create their own rules and frameworks. If following other people's systems sounds more like you, dedicated project management software would work better than Notion. The power of Notion is in that it gives you a couple of building blocks and lets you build whatever you want from it.

@anatoliik Hi Tali, thank you for your comment. I agree with you, Notion is more preferred for those "artisans" somehow. I think that Notion is a great tool for those building long-lasting systems, that could get more valuable with the time - this is also a concern we should consider when selecting a software, do we need a short term or a long term tool?
@mariano_morera I think the opposite is true about notion: it's not necessarily for the long term solutions. It's very fast to develop in notion and you don't need to know how to code. So you can create something fast and cheap, making your experiments disposable.
On the other hand, if a solution works, it may serve you for a long time. Some solutions though are best rewritten in code as notion is limited in what it can do.

@anatoliik that's a great point, actually. Notion first demand is instant, quick to develop crafts for a specific need. My point is, what happens when we store 1 year bullet journal in the same place instead of in paper notes? What if we store all historic projects in a read mode only on one place instead of in several PowerPoints in drive files? I believe that Notion can be potentially useful in the long term as much as we store value information we can access later and share easily with others
@mariano_morera yes, one usage of Notion is creating a personal knowledge base. Somehow though, it didn't stick with me in that role. I find the existing capabilities to be quite limiting for that purpose.
The existing capabilities are more to enable you to create local, personal websites, fast. That's what Notion is, in essence: a simple website creation tool.
For long-term storage of assets, you need a convenient way to manage files, different ways to represent a database, database search etc.
Notion has all of that, but I found it to be clumsy when it comes to data management. So far, Google Drive remains my go-to solution to manage digital assets.
