I found that you are looking for a new laptop with excellent features. Hope you would have gotten your best one. If you still looking for then I can also suggest some under your budget. You can have Yoga Slim 7i Pro, HP Pavilion Plus and Vostro 5620. These are the best laptops with intel evo label. As per my experience i have two laptops first one is Dell and the second is Lenovo and its working fine.
