What did you do to gain first batch of paying subscribers?
Do you use techniques that does not scale in the beginning and pivot to ones that do after?
I've heard a lot of advice coming from bootstrapped SAAS founders.

Founder-led sales has to be the start of any start-up looking to get their first new paid customers. Connections, word of mouth, cold LinkedIn outreach, anything that gets your hands dirty to at least get some product validation.
