One thing you did today to get yourself motivated?

Wednesday - three days into the work week, and yet three days away from the weekend. I've discovered that an extra boost in the morning goes a long way to keep me motivated. Today I started my morning with a lemon & ginger shot. While my throat may still be feeling the burn, the boost of energy and refreshment was well worth it πŸ˜‚.

I got up an hour earlier than I usually do. no- no need to clap, but thank you

I took some time this morning to plan out my day and set realistic goals for myself so I can stay focused on what needs to be done.

@shantanu96 I've been wanting to get up early and go for a morning run before work... I know it's going to feel great, but morning me doesn't quite agree yet lol.

Today I didn't feel at all like waking up... But then I remembered... The last time I felt genuine regret... And I knew I never want to feel it again... So I got going😎
