Tough one !
I would say both if you’re lucky enough to work as a team.
Otherwise I would recommend to optimize the product first because the first users are the best marketing for a product. Plus scaling acquisition on a poor product is like sending money down the drain

Depends on the answers that I have got from customer feedback, what is general sentiment on the changes needed - strong or weak. And what is the vision that I have for product. Based on that I would make a decision whether to select 1 or 2 after Launch

@abhinay_kumar8 really good point! At the moment we chose to stay on developing the product the way our customers want it, easier to get a mainstream product that satisfies more and more people ;)
