Office culture when working remotely

How do get the feel of the vibe/culture of office when you are working remotely? Because the team discussions are usually tailored around work and tasks. The small talk in meetings in not enough for the culture to get disseminated and absorbed. Earlier when I used to go to office, I could feel the vibe of the place, or go for lunch together etc. and it built a good feeling of belonging and culture.

Make a seperate "workplace" in your space, use it only for work, keep it seperate from where you relax, sleep or spend time. It will add to the vibe to some extend. Other than that, you can attend virtual team spaces to keep interacting with others.
