Today, I visited the PH and noticed many new changes and faces.

Hi Nick! Nice to meet you! And will be happy to stay connected on Li as well, will send you a note there :)
The recent change that affected me a lot is that there is no more live support chat. PH removed my product and hidden me from the platform in 1 day before our launch and I have no response from them at all. Luckily there were great people whoo helped me with that and we're launching today. But that's a big challenge now to get in contact with PH support
