Yes, I do using health tracking apps together with my Apple Watch and other hardwares. I enjoy to log my health data, may be also interested in the charts those apps presented, but I don't care too much about the motivating things, I just need them to be recorded, that it. When I need to analyze them, they can be pulled out.
