I work for a product based company, the product is a no code tool. I am in their training and development team. I have to select a few topics to train the team on for a monthly training goal and each session would be for 2 hours. I would want help in deciding a topic. Any suggestions?

With such little context, it's hard to provide any specific suggestions. Given that your product is a no-code tool, here are a few training topic suggestions for your team: Introduction to the no-code movement: Provide an overview of the no-code movement, how it has revolutionized software development and its benefits for businesses. Understanding the no-code tool: Teach your team how to use the no-code tool, its various features, and how to get the most out of it. Building and designing applications with the no-code tool: Provide training on how to build and design applications with the no-code tool, including user interface design, database management, and integration with other tools and services. Customizing workflows with the no-code tool: Train your team on how to customize workflows with the no-code tool, including creating automation, setting up triggers and actions, and building complex workflows. Best practices for using the no-code tool: Provide training on best practices for using the no-code tool, including security, scalability, and performance considerations. Troubleshooting and debugging with the no-code tool: Train your team on how to troubleshoot and debug issues that arise when using the no-code tool, including common errors and how to resolve them. Collaboration and teamwork with the no-code tool: Teach your team how to work collaboratively and effectively when building applications with the no-code tool, including version control, project management, and communication best practices. These are just a few topic suggestions, but you can choose based on the specific needs of your team and the goals of your training program.

Hi, We have taken the sales training on HRDQ website and we are very satisfied with the result. They offer a wide range of sales skills programs. I can recommend checking out their website https://hrdqstore.com/collection... . There are both basic and advanced courses there to help improve your skills. The course is very well structured and allows you to develop both basic and advanced sales skills. There are a lot of interactive exercises and real-life cases, which makes the learning process very interesting and practical.
