For me it's work. I can't help working when it's already enough. This leads to productivity decreases and depressions. Yes, I use Pomodoro timer to prevent me of overworking. And Buddha and practice helps a lot, too.

For me it's notifications. I know, I can mute them but the team needs your input most of the time so can't mute them :(
