Looking for a good goals / progress view app

Hello! I'm trying to find an app for which I can track progress for multiple things. Let me explain some scenarios: 1)If I do 15 reps of an exercise this week, and I do 20 next week, I wanna a growth for example. 2) If i play a music piece at 150 bpm this week, and at 200 next week the same, with possibly setting a nr which is the target goal, let's say 200 in this case. Been trying to google some but cannot find something which seems fit, perhaps I'm not good at googling? Please suggest some apps if you are using to track this kind of things.
