You would know and obviously would have felt this at some point. Messing up your sleep messes up your productivity the next day. So how do you deal with it? Looking forward to some good tips so I could try them as well.

This is me today. Working on the launch of Sivi last night, I'm still operating today to a possible extent. Eating chocolates (munch, 5 Star etc) helps, I guess. Also a walk and listening to pop songs (and also dancing to it, if possible) helps.
@nithincp, that's good to hear. I listen to songs as well. I'll try walking and munching a few chocolates too. Lol. Btw, all the best on your launch! 🎉
@senthil99nathan That's cool. Not sure if it's sustainable though. Thanks for supporting the launch.
I double my coffee 😅
@kevrogers22, interesting, but I don't want to sound pessimistic. I might doze off if I meditate as I'm not a meditation kind of person. At least, not yet. 😅

1) Recoginize it's a real hit to your effectiveness and replan accordingly. 2) Pull in actions I can close quickly with minimal thinking. 3) If I'm badly affected, push out things I can't afford to mess up. 4) Get help from my team. 5) Squeeze in a post-prandial nap.

Yeah, bad sleep is one of the reasons why productivity is down for most people. I find it hard to work the other day when I lack sleep too. What I usually do is get a few minutes of rest. I suggest doing the Pomodoro Technique which is - work 25 minutes and rest for 5 minutes. during those rest I play some my favourite games like Honkai Star Rail which has an auto battle mode, also https://bcgamecasino.io/pt/vip-pt/ and Tsuki Odysee.

@itofu OMG I'm surprised you know the Pomodoro technique. It's not very common but I gotta say its really effective. I used to do it too but now I work at sales I couldn't sit anymore as much as I used to. But still I'm also surprised you play those games. Honkai Star Rail is the only game I don't know that you mentioned.
