Launching for the second time today and this is what I have learnt.

Start promoting since Day 1. Get as many people as possible to hit the 'Notify Button' on your teaser page. These people will decide your position in the early hours. Your tagline has to be straight and to the point. Create visuals that make people say wow! Take inspiration from here - https://www.phigma.app/producthu... Team up with makers who have "Launching Soon" on their profile. LinkedIn and Twitter - these two channels are gold mine. People are building in public and they are sharing their journey every day.
