Sure, I'd like us to do good on the leaderboard, sure I'd like the app to gain users. But more importantly I'm excited for the same reason I'm excited on any important journey. For the learning opportunities. I've discovered this community a few months ago and fell in love with it. Since then I've been following people, writing posts, trying to understand the DNA of the place. I'd sum it up simply: Makers doing real stuff. Ok, there's the occasional marketing-heavy post. There are those playing an optimization game and trying to reverse-engineer the algo. But the most visible users? Those the community promote? They're the real deal. The wild ones. The real makers. The real builders of tomorrow's world. For me it's a breath a fresh air. The breath of fresh air I needed after my previous startup experience.
