Launching but don't understand the featured order - any ideas

Hi to the community :) We are launching today and just trying to understand if we are doing the right thing. https://www.producthunt.com/post... We have good progress with support and feedback but not showing on the featured page - What could this mean? Did we forget to tick a box somewhere? Any tips / advice welcome! Also look forward to any feedback and advice on the product itself! Its a good one of lovers of data 😂 Happy hunting!
