Building several companies over the past decade, was more than a business challenge; it became a deeply personal struggle. I learned that entrepreneurship is not just about success but also about facing and overcoming our own vulnerabilities. The emotional toll, including battles with anxiety and depression, was profound. This experience taught me the invaluable lesson of self-awareness and the need to find a balance between ambition and personal well-being. Getting to that realization was hard, but through transforming my work habits and getting better at managing my time & priorities, I figured out the recipe for how to make this a way of living for any builder out there in the world. This is how I built Flowfinitee.

Unfortunately, nowadays the workaholic culture is celebrated whereas the well-being of individuals is sacrificed - I hope more people come to realize the importance of being aware of our work habits and the powerful impact they can have on our mental and overall wellness!

Launching a product tomorrow to combat the pervasive workaholic culture, born out of my own experiences as a veteran founder, underscores a mission to prioritize well-being in the professional sphere. Inspired by the recognition that maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial for sustained success and personal fulfillment, this product aims to provide practical solutions and tools for individuals to achieve equilibrium in their professional and personal lives. Much like the PCSO, which introduces daily results to bring a moment of anticipation and hope to participants, our product aspires to bring a positive shift by encouraging a more balanced approach to work. It seeks to empower individuals to excel in their careers while fostering mental and physical well-being, challenging the prevailing norms that often glorify overworking. Through this launch, we aim to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable work culture, where success is measured not only by professional achievements but also by the overall quality of life.
