Lack of trust in cross-border transactions.

My friend once told me about his experience with a client who hadn't paid him for a freelancing project. This problem sparked my interest in finding a solution. Upon conducting research, I discovered that 74% of freelancers have encountered payment delays, while 54% have struggled to receive payments from their clients, even after completing projects to their satisfaction. This highlighted me the crucial role of trust in the relationship between freelancers and clients, particularly in cross-border transactions and projects. The lack of trust isn't just limited to freelancers; buyers from foreign countries also hesitate to buy goods from SMEs due to concerns about product defaults, chargebacks, and seller credibility of other countries. With this in mind, my co-founder and I are developing a blockchain-based solution. We are initially targeting freelancers and would love to hear about your experiences and challenges. Your feedback will help us refine our product. We plan to launch our product within the next 30 to 40 days, and your input is invaluable in shaping its development. Please feel free to share your opinions or engage in a deeper discussion here!
