Just launched on PH, looking for feedback

@richw What do you mean? If you are asking how casual gamers/our customers increase their rank - our professional players play with them in the same lobby and they are just so good they basically carry all games and achieve incredible win rates.

@arturskruze Where did you pick the 'pro' players from? Like how do you rank these pro players?

@richw I have some contacts as well as they apply through the jobs page. Then we properly vet them for soft and hard skills, play a few trial games with them and if they are a fit, we allow them on our platform. The trial games happen with people who are also pro players so they check the applicants skill not just by checking the score but the gameplay itself - in FPS games crosshair placement, strategy, decision making, tilt resistance, etc. Among the pro players, there are many people who wanted to go pro but didn't manage to (i.e., played a few LANs but didn't get to S-tier events and now they are past their prime age). Also, there are retired professionals or people who are just incredibly good. Many have HLTV/VLR.GG profiles, 3-4k ELO in Faceit, Challenger rank in League of Legends, etc.
