Anuar, question for you: I will eventually include a chatbot in www.virtualterms.com (an application that streamlines legal agreements to make it easy for both parties to agree) to assist people with questions about using it. Will your or other chatbots be able to digest the conversations and come up with a ranked list of the most common questions and answers? Obviously, it would have to use some sort of keyword intelligence to know that similar questions asked in slightly different ways is really the same question.

@arthur_swanson Thank you for your question. Based on my 6+ years of experience in the field, if you are about to make a chatbot only for general FAQ/QA (including smart search), it is better to use simple knowledge base software like Helpjuice or Zendesk. Our platform is more designed for handling specific tasks which require collecting user information/authenticating the user and performing actions/providing response based on the collected information. The answer is actually yes, it will be able to handle Q&A. But again, I would rather use Knowledge base software for such task. It is funny because we have pivoted from Knowledebase Search Engine to the chatbot builder. It turns out better search does not bring a lot of value to the user and there is tons of competition. I personally believe in both of these directions.
