Jobs with accommodation

We are building a job portal where immigrants can find jobs that are offered with accommodation included. It would also help new immigrants with the travel plans, setting up first bank account, insurance and general settling in in a new place. How would you advise to go about validating the idea? Can you see any obvious problems with it?
