Is there anything about UX unclear to you?

After working in UX for years, I noticed we use a lot of words that people find confusing.
To help solve this issue, I'm working on a dictionary for aspiring designers (1) and people who have to work with UX designers (2).
My question to you is...is there anything about UX that's unclear to you? Or that could use some extra explaining?
