Planning well before starting is a big reducer of stress.. but here's some more ways I manage 1. Working out and meditation 2. Having a support system of love and care - 3. and my stress busting daughter :D

have an activity where you can release your stress. mostly any sort of sport works: gardening, baseball, whatever.

I can say that there are several types of stress, but the biggest one is non-work related stress. I am a workaholic and I love working.

I guess almost everyone knows what stress is. But not everyone knows how to manage it. From my own experience, I know that it is important to avoid taking antidepressants. I tried once. Yes, I calmed down, but it was hard to concentrate and I couldn't work at all. Having checked the info about them on the Canadian Pharmacy site, I understood that I faced side effects. It is much better to do exercises regularly and monitor your nutrition. Drink enough water and sleep at least 7 hours. Also, yoga is a good way to relax.
