Almost everything has become a lot easier with AI capabilities and automated processes. Do you think this is killing creativity in people and also making us all lazy or it’s actually challenging us to utilize it in more creative ways?

It’s a great question. IMHO, AI is best for doing mundane things humans do many times faster. I wouldn’t use it for writing up stories or things that require unique creativity or thinking. It can be useful for generating an outline or ideas but it shouldn’t replace the creative thinking or writing process.
@sewell_stephens what do you think about high school students using it to write papers?

AI can never replace human creativity.

I think its making a lot of people lazy, but it shouldn't. AI should be your help in your work, not your replacement to do your work. It should assist, but not score the goal.

While AI may be able to perform certain tasks more efficiently than humans, it is unlikely to fully replace the creativity and problem-solving abilities of the human mind.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to revolutionize the way we work and live, but it is not necessarily killing creativity or turning people into lazy folks. In fact, many people find that AI can help them be more creative and productive by automating routine tasks and freeing up time for more creative pursuits. However, it's important to recognize that AI is not a replacement for human creativity. While AI can perform certain tasks more efficiently than humans, it does not have the ability to think creatively or generate novel ideas. Creativity is a unique human trait that requires the ability to think abstractly and make connections between seemingly unrelated concepts. Additionally, the use of AI should be carefully considered to ensure that it is not used to replace human labor or expertise unnecessarily. In order to maximize the benefits of AI, it's important to use it in a way that complements and enhances human capabilities, rather than replacing them.

There is no evidence that artificial intelligence is killing creativity. In fact, artificial intelligence can help people be more creative. You need to be resourceful enough to get the desired results from AI.

I think that AI is a great tool to use alongside your creativity and can be used as a means of working in smarter ways.
