The social fabric of workplaces has been greatly affected by the lack of small opportunities to bond with other colleagues (water cooler conversations). I'm a firm believer that one way to break silos is to match people by personal interests. Personal interests are not affected by hierarchy, departments or even location. These conversations used to be organic, but now they need a little help. It's exactly what we are trying to accomplish here at Teamday. Curious to hear your thoughts.
