It would definitely be beer. Brewing is a very interesting activity and a great platform for creativity and self-expression. And yet, it can become a profitable business. To start producing beer yourself, you need to be enthusiastic, study the technology and buy equipment for home brewing. At one time I found here a lot of interesting information about brewery equipment.
