1. Timing aka luck
Timing is everything. If timing is correct, everything else will fall in place and you can make millions selling pieces of stone (remember petrock?)
Team. A great team will define your winning moments and write about your success journey.
They are, and they will be with you forever if you are with them. Rest other things are part of this eco system that can be created or you can design artificially.

@ashleysharma Love this! As a founder when you are new to a market you make lots of mistakes, it's something you need to learn beforehand!
Team, you can always pivot to meet the other points if you have a great team.
6- Market. Most people are saying team, but for someone who's boostrapping it and only has another co-founder, I don't think a good team would be feasible for someone who hasn't made enough to be able to pay them.
The perfect market would imply no or very little competition yet still very big. So in this case, it directly translates to profit.
Team. A perfect team can pivot into success - and have fun doing it.

If I could only choose one of these to be perfect in my startup, I would choose the team. I believe that having a strong and talented team is essential for the success of a startup. A great team can bring a wide range of skills and perspectives to the table, which can help the startup innovate, solve problems, and adapt to changing market conditions.
Having a strong team can also help foster a positive and collaborative work environment, which can improve morale and increase productivity. Additionally, a great team can help attract investors and partners, and can make the startup more appealing to potential customers and clients.
Overall, while all of the options you listed are important for the success of a startup, I believe that a strong and talented team is the most critical factor.

@maxprilutskiy Nice! Lots of people are turning to the #teamside for the ability to pivot when necessary. For me is timing, I believe if you have great timing you can manage to be not so effective in the other's qualities but still make great advances. Although I agree with you that all the ones listed are important for startups!

@joanduarte Yep, timing is indeed my second favorite, and it's probably the least controllable parameter also.
