@raquel_yesner I think it depends on the people and company.

It totally depends on the teams, if it is development and you have a well defined agile process, it won't be a problem. If the teams require lot of collaboration and discussion, then hybrid would not be a good model

Depends on the company and the team, but I don't think that productivity will decrease. Creating a good balance between on-site days and home office days could actually be better for creativity.

I think it is hear to stay. 1-Productivity may increase or decrease based on the individuals. 2-Culture does not require 5 office days, it requires genuine interest from the employees towards the company's vision. 3-Why is it unfair? it eliminates commute time! Hybrid work is something graduates will DEMAND in the future. You will either have to pay them to work from office or let them work from home. like they say, time IS money!

Definitely depends on the company and the people. 1 - We have seen productivity increase significantly. 2 - This can suffer and the company needs to put in extra effort to engage its people. Making fun reasons to be in office or non-work zoom calls to grow connections. 3 - Hybrid is the solution to make work more fair. You can make it fit your own Work/Life balance. It can be to save money/time (commuting) or help with care (kids/school) or many other reasons each employee can have.

Hybrid work is great for those who struggle to manage their work-life balance. However, it can be stressful for those who need structure and are more productive in the office.
