I completely agree that your marketing goals should be SMART or specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. A brand audit checklist allows you to identify strengths and weaknesses, possible threats, and discover personal new opportunities. Such work is done by specialized audit companies, as well as branding and design agencies. The audit should be done by someone who is not an employee of the company. Then the indicators will be the most reliable.
