How to get the most out of user research!?

Hey All,

While everyone else is focused on unmoderated user research, I found product managers like me prefer 1:1 user interviews, moderated usability testing and live observations.

I’m the founder of PrepxUs, user research software that helps product managers quickly identify key user needs via in-product user interviews, live usability (prototype) testing and live remote observation studies.

What user research method do you get the most value from?

It depends on the type of information you want to get from the users. I mostly found user interviews to be the best to gather feedback.

Surveys are a nice addition that you can setup quickly and get continuous feedback.
