How our launch turned into a disaster

We read the launch guide and was very excited to do the launch. However, when we launched, the product wasn't featured and it only got 5 upvotes 😭 It's a shame because I think a lot of people will benefit from our product, as it helps people recall information that just passed through them (web, audio, picture, pdf, ...)
