Constantly. It helps me proofread comments, including this one. It saves a lot of time on editing. I also sometimes dictate on the go using a microphone, and then all that's left is to copy/paste it.

I won't deliberately count how many times, but every time I need some help on brainstorming, editing and proofreading I would turn to GPT without thought.

I don't use it daily, depending on what I need or for what task. I use it frequently for formulas or asking for ideas but it's really become a handy tool in all aspects and especially assisting in text, emails, content etc.

I am using it often for my work, to help me for advice, or on how to use a tool or a feature of this tool.
