How often do you build creative features?

Question

Whenever I get interesting ideas about features that can improve the product, I add them to my Notes list. But I'm usually too busy building core features for the product that I don't have time to explore these ideas.

Should I allocate more time building these?
Curious what everyone else does.

@sathish_nagarajan use RICE score to evaluate before you build. It could be tempting but it’s difficult to remove features so better to build after enough validation

My recommendation is to not build unless paying customers ask for it

I create creative functions spontaneously, sometimes before going to bed the idea just came to me to do it differently and after sleep, in the morning I thought about how to implement it.
