How much time do you spend working remotely?

I start work at 10 am. I finish the main tasks at 14-15. But I still reply to comments, repost to Stories, communicate with clients until 01.00
It seems to me that I do not know how to allocate my own time. I don't have enough time for personal study, family, walks.

80% remote, 20% in office.

My humble opinion towards this issue is to use a calendar and dedicate some time slots just for walking and family time. By doing so, I believe I become more productive and energetic😃
