How much screen time do you spend each day?

I am having flexible working hours and i do 2 hours

I am afraid I spend more than 8 hours a day at my laptop 😬

I don't count time when I'm working so I'm not sure but maybe 6/7 hours a day

Unfortunately, more than I would like to spend. Working online with combination of the free time scrolling, makes it quite sufficient part of the day.

If you count working hours it's pretty much all day
