How many times do you conduct a blood test in a year to understand the health conditions?

Hello Members, It is just a part of a secondary research, I am creating this poll. How many times in a year do you conduct blood test inorder to find the health conditions or identify the chance of chronic diseases like diabetics, cholesterol, Liver, Kidney related or Vitamin deficiency test.
