Really good question. If you're working a 9-5 and have a side business, probably maximum 4 hours after your 9-5 not to get too burnt out. If no 9-5, ENTIRE DAY hahahha

It depends on the type of work and your energy levels. But I believe 4 hours or less is ideal as work hours.

I think it is highly dependent on your circumstances. If you have a job, are a a freelancer, a student like myself or in highschool, than you should work every bit of your spare time, leaving a bit of time for friends and family. If not, than you should work at least 7-8 hours per day on your ideaa. Remember, hard work does pay off and great things take time. Also, it's very usefull to understand that, while working hard pays off, you should try and optimize everything that you do, but not to have some more free time, but to be able to complete other tasks in the time you have saved. May you all have a lovely day!

I'd say 4-5 a day are usually more efficient than the ones that come later, as it's harder to focus during them, so they're better suited for less mindful work.

4 Hours. Have done it for 10 years. 9AM to 11AM - standup, biz-dev, admin 9PM to 11 PM - code review, team performance

It has been shown that we procrastinate on average of 218 minutes every day at our 9-5 job. With that being said, i think if you are doing heavy intellectual work, 4 hours of work per day (you have to be extremly zoned in during this hours) are enough and the rest are just little bits and pieces.

I keep it natural, let my body decide, for me usually 12–15 hours, or until I ger that idea out

I believe, finding the right balance between work and personal development is key. While I believe in dedicating some extra time for personal growth after work, I also value maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It's about maximizing productivity during work hours and then investing in ourselves outside of that time. Quality over quantity, right?
