Would be perfect to have an assistant which is not giving random answers, but can really identify what user wants and make them happy. Not sure I’ve seen a solution like this, honestly. Maybe it should be relate to tone-of-voice and just a bit more trained, so it’s more authentic

I didn't use an AI Chatbot yet. In my opinion, it can be useful when it comes to FAQ. For more accurate questions, I personally would still prefer a human response because sometimes it's hard to be specific.
