We use a Knowledge base to host all the information with some control and restricted access to specific teams. This helps us share information securely among teams, and being a central repository, it gives easy access to information. For this, we are using Document360(https://document360.com/), a Knowledge base platform. It has cool features, making it also simple and effective for new trainees.
