How does your product team align with other departments?
Hey all! Curious what processes, tools, and frameworks your company uses to align internal stakeholders given differing priorities.
That's a really great question Joshua! in all companies I have worked for, there were unfortunately no such platforms or frameworks. Departments were very much working in silos. I was always advocating for cross-department collaborations with no avail. Would love to hear if someone has successfully integrated such a system; if so, what was their process and how did they get buy-in?
