How do you stay mentally well as a founder?

Hey Product Hunters, Not gonna lie, sometimes it gets overwhelming as a founder - wearing a lot of hats, lots of context switching doing completely different tasks. For context, I'm working on a logo design tool Typogram. It is completely bootstrapped. Recently I spent a lot of time coding - rebuilding some of the tech debt of my app from the MVP, completely rewriting the app from the ground up to optimize the app for our users. As a result, I spent less time marketing the app, and the growth suffered, and I feel terrible about it. How do you stay mentally well, and motivated in times like these?

1. Stay organized, use something like Asana, ClickUp or Trello. This way you can declutter your mind with the what to do and feeling overwhelmed 2. Take regular breaks from screen time. Come back to something that’s taking up a ton of mental time 3. Exercise regularly. Run, walk, move your body 4. Eat food. Drink water. Sounds easy but often times when we are zoned in we forget to feed our bodies. 5. Don’t feel you’re alone. Stay connected to communities and seek help to questions you have. Hope these few help
