For these updates, you should use product management tools such as Producter 💙 (Ex: https://be.producter.co/portal/c... ). You can make a smooth transition from collecting product feedback to prioritizing and launching in your changelog.

Absolutely agree, sharing transparent info about product updates and changelogs is crucial for any (especially) SaaS company!
At Fibery.io we share from inside the product. Producter is awesome for that as well 💙
