How do you send out progress reports to your customers?

I really love getting Grammarly's Weekly Insights, if you haven't seen it before https://www.grammarly.com/blog/i.... I've had a few friends that actually share theirs with me which is interesting. I was wondering if anyone has a method or product that helps them make email reports for their customers?
