How do you quantify how much “value” your product delivers for your customers?

I've always found repeat actions (whatever the action may be) and recurring revenue as solid metrics for this. It may not be perfect, but if they're coming back and continue to pay the product is likely doing a decent job for them!

Are they coming back to buy your products? You can use LTV to measure this. Depending on product, its not always a perfect science, but a decent indicator

@hamza_q4 good point, thank you. I’m actually more thinking about whether or not I am charging too little. Instinctively I want to charge 15% of the value being delivered. But it can be hard to work this out.
