I set weekly goals aligned to my monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and then I create a huge to do list and prioritize it. I then organize my days during the week based on time I can get stuff done.

I am still trying to figure this out. Being a family person i have tried multiple ways to schedule but its just not working as i get random work because i am working as a solo founder and i have to be involved with coding, reviews, sales, marketing, hr and so on. Would love to see what others say to get my shit fixed :-)

I use a time tracker to see where and how I allocate my time during the day. Allows me to make personal improvements to streamline work.
To manage your time and priorities effectively, use Google Docs. Start by listing all your tasks for today in order of priority, and add new ones as needed. As you complete each task, cross it off the list. Any unfinished tasks can be moved to the next day's list. At the end of each quarter, start a new document to begin afresh. This method has been working well for me for four years, so give it a try and see how it works for you. Ex: 03.07.2023 - Task 1 - Task 2 - Task 7 (done) 03.062023 - Task 3 (done) - Task 4 (done) 03.06.2023 - Task 5 (done)
