How do you prioritize feature development and decide which enhancements to focus on next?

We decided to start with our main target audience and build all the needed features for them. We are finally launching the MVP to see how it goes. We have a roadmap of features for broader audiences and will proceed with development according to it, as well as based on actual demand and user feedback!

There should be a complex process to evaluate your requirement during different versions and processes. Usually, the main development and operation team will have a meeting to discuss the priority and the data we need to collect, and then accroding to analysing the data, we can know if this is right.
