I find customer interviews most helpful when it comes to this. Whatever active users might need is likely to improve our platform as a whole. What are your alternate methods of identifying new features to add on your products?

1. Users feedback 2. Competitors research 3. ChatGPT for a bit of creativeness 😄

@otto8_ wow, I should definitely ask ChatGPT about this! Eventually I would have to run it through existing users to validate the idea though right?

I also think user interviews are effective. However, I think we need to interview a large number of users to collect reliable data. And we need to focus on common opinions.

@anna_choi definitely, the more the better. Still, a few consistent anecdotes from a handful of loyal users would be valuable I think.

Are you asking about feature prioritization or writing feature descriptions for developers?
